The Keta caviar is a valuable food which is won from a special treatment of the salmon rye with a salty solution. Diameter of the caviar grains is 5-7 mms The Keta caviar does not contain any coal hydrates or unhealthy fat. High percentage (about 30%) of protein. Concerning the calories and the energetic substantiality Keta caviar excels the meat. The Keta caviar has an orange-red colour and the biggest grains of the whole salmon kind.

Recommendation: The red caviar is served in a caviar or salad bowl and traditionally a silver spoon is used for eating. Experts of the red caviar recommend not to chew it, but to crush the grains by pressing the tongue against the palate and to swallow it afterwards. Red caviar is very tasty with butter or cream fraiche (sour cream). To fit the exclusive taste of red caviar we recommend drinking either dry champagne or vodka.
