Recommendation:
The red caviar is served in a caviar or salad bowl and traditionally a silver spoon is used for eating. Experts of the red caviar recommend not to chew it, but to crush the grains by pressing the tongue against the palate and to swallow it afterwards. Red caviar is very tasty with butter or cream fraiche (sour cream).
To fit the exclusive taste of red caviar we recommend drinking either dry champagne or vodka.
